L. Tripcony established the Tripcony Law Firm in 1980, and
practices family law. Mr. Tripcony has been voted by other
attorneys in Arkansas as one of the best divorce attorneys in
this state. Mr. Tripcony has extensive experience both in
trial advocacy and settlement negotiations, having represented
hundreds of clients in cases involving many varied issues. Mr.
Tripcony has practiced in courts in all geographic areas of
the state and has been granted special permission from courts
in Texas and Mississippi to practice in courts in those
states.
His clients come from nearly every state of the union and from many foreign countries. He has taught at seminars for the Arkansas Bar Association, and was invited by the Bar to present at a seminar entitled “The Best of CLE (Continuing Legal Education).” He is a member of the Family Law sections both of the Arkansas Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has taken specialized courses in the areas of bankruptcy as it relates to divorce, division of retirement benefits, tax aspects of divorce, interstate collection of child support, interstate and international child custody disputes, and valuation of business entities.
