Profile: |
Gary L. Sullivan |
| Position: | Attorney |
|
| Education: | University of Alabama University of Alabama at Birmingham University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law |
|
| Experience: | Before coming to work for Tripcony Law Firm, P.A., Gary was in private practice in Little Rock for fifteen years, focusing primarily on Family and Fertility Law. Prior to opening his practice, Gary had the privilege of serving as law clerk to Circuit Judge Ellen Brantley. During Gary’s tenure as law clerk, Judge Brantley handled a caseload comprised exclusively of matters involving family law and probate law issues. Thus, Gary had the opportunity to conduct research and advise the Judge in cases involving adoption, child custody, child support, spousal support, non-custodial parent visitation, grandparent visitation, allocation of marital property and debt, relocation of the custodial parent, adoptions, guardianship and estates. Being able to work for Judge Brantley provided Gary with a great learning environment as he was able to observe and study the vast array of issues that can arise during a divorce proceeding. He has carried the knowledge learned during his years in the Judge’s office into his current practice. In 1995, Gary’s love for adoption law led him to a new passion, Fertility Law (gestational and traditional surrogate mother arrangements, egg donation arrangements, assisted reproduction). To date, Gary has experienced the joy of helping hundreds of infertile clients from the U.S., Europe, and Australia build their families through assisted reproduction technologies. Gary is the author of Arkansas Surrogacy Law, which can be found at http://www.surrogacy.com/legals/article/arlaw.html Gary has handled cases in every trial court in the central Arkansas area, as well as the Arkansas Court of Appeals and the Arkansas Supreme Court.
