Experience:
Scott has logged countless hours in courtrooms both as a law student at Cincinnati, where he interned with the Hamilton County Public Defender; as a Public Defender in Arkansas criminal courts; in hearings and trials for Personal Injury and Bankruptcy cases, Social Security claims, government administrative matters, and all areas of Family Law including divorce, custody, child support, adoptions, offender registry cases.  Prior to signing on with the Tripcony Law Firm, Scott worked for six years as an attorney for the State of Arkansas dealing with cases involving abused and neglected children and elderly adults in courtrooms all across Arkansas.  As a law student, Scott had the honor of being selected as a review editor for the Human Rights Quarterly Law & Humanities Review, and he designed and helped implement an internship class for the College of Law with the Hamilton County Public Defender that allowed students to represent indigent criminal defendants from plea and arraignment all the way through the appeals process.  Scott has presented seminars in Little Rock on Administrative Law and Juvenile Dependency/Neglect Law and is an active member of the Arkansas Bar Association.  Scott sits on the grants committee board and advisory board for Arkansas CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for children), and trains CASA volunteers on juvenile law and courtroom procedures.  Scott brings his broad knowledge and experience to every case he handles at the Tripcony Law Firm.
