Profile: |
Stuart L. Spencer |
| Position: | Attorney |
|
| Education: | Harding University, Searcy, AR University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law |
|
| Experience: | Before coming to work for Tripcony Law Firm, P.A., Stuart had the privilege of serving as law clerk to both Circuit Judge Robin L. Mays (Ret.) and Circuit Judge Richard N. Moore, Jr. During Stuart’s tenure as law clerk, both Judge Mays and Judge Moore handled a caseload comprised exclusively of matters involving family law and probate law issues. Thus, Stuart had the opportunity to conduct research and advise both Judges in cases involving child custody, child support, spousal support, non-custodial parent visitation, grandparent visitation, allocation of marital property and debt, relocation of the custodial parent, adoptions, guardianship and estates. Being able to work for both Judge Mays and Judge Moore for a combined total of over five years provided Stuart with a great learning environment as he was able to observe and study the vast array of issues that can arise during a divorce proceeding. He has carried the knowledge learned during his years in the Judges’ offices into his current practice. |
